Pak Development Foundation (PDF) is a registered Pakistani NGO driven by a single conviction: that poverty is a solvable problem when communities are equipped with the right skills, resources, and support systems.

We operate across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Islamabad Capital Territory — implementing evidence-based programs that directly reach thousands of families, women, youth, and children every year.

Pak Development Foundation is registered as a formal NGO in Pakistan, born from grassroots community organising and a belief that poverty can be overcome through skill and solidarity.

PDF publishes its comprehensive Civil Society Organisation Profile, formally aligning all programs with the UN SDGs and launching a 2024–2028 strategic direction targeting 25,000 beneficiaries and climate-smart livelihoods.
