We operate across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Islamabad Capital Territory — implementing evidence-based programs that directly reach thousands of families, women, youth, and children every year.

The Foundation is Born
Pak Development Foundation is registered as a formal NGO in Pakistan, born from grassroots community organising and a belief that poverty can be overcome through skill and solidarity.
🌱 OriginsFirst Community Relief Operations
PDF launches its inaugural food ration drives in low-income settlements of Islamabad — distributing essential parcels of rice, flour, lentils and cooking staples to families below the poverty line.
🍚 Food SecurityQueenstown School Partnership Launched
PDF forms its first formal school partnership with Queenstown Model School in Khokhar Town, Islamabad — supporting prize distributions, student recognition events, and enrollment drives for marginalized children.
📚 EducationMulti-Province Growth & Winter Relief
Operations expand to Punjab, KPK, and Sindh. The Winter Relief Programme launches — ensuring warm ration packages reach low-income families during Pakistan's harshest months. Children's recreational outreach events begin.

PDF publishes its comprehensive Civil Society Organisation Profile, formally aligning all programs with the UN SDGs and launching a 2024–2028 strategic direction targeting 25,000 beneficiaries and climate-smart livelihoods.
