Strategic Direction — 2024 to 2028

Scale vocational and skill training centers to reach 25,000 beneficiaries across five provinces by 2028.

Establish permanent Community Resource Centres in three underserved districts for integrated health, education, and livelihood services.

Launch a Climate-Smart Livelihoods initiative integrating renewable energy, water conservation, and sustainable agriculture for 5,000 rural households.

Strengthen digital literacy and e-learning programs for youth, bridging the technological divide in remote communities.

Develop a robust Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) system aligned with international donor standards.

Expand strategic fundraising and partnerships with international NGOs, UN agencies, and bilateral donors.

Advocate for policy reforms advancing the rights of marginalized communities, with emphasis on religious minorities and women.

Scale up CMAM and BISP Nashonuma interventions to additional KP districts and underserved communities across Pakistan.
